Reflection
It was my first time filling the whole wall this week as a test. I did tape the pieces up individually- we worked through this and realized I needed to transfer them to paper so I can move them around as a whole image instead of pieces of a bunch of images. The "holes" in the wall were partially filled with scans which were eventually taken off, the group enjoyed the space, but wished the holes were left on the smaller side so all the images were tighter together. It was mentioned that the colors were overly saturated, I kinda think that is the point- we came to the conclusion that the saturated ones could live within it, yet they just needed to be spaced out more. Chaos and puzzle came up, the group understood the pacing and felt it was seen. For the frame I needed to go bigger (to size of print) as well as use a brighter or more saturated oil pastel.

Reflection:
This week was based on just observing and rearranging my work from 3/20. I had done many things and needed to look at them in the bigger picture. I got a wall!- this allowed me to put up and rearrange my images and scans. I also completed some arrangements on foam board and had those sitting at the bottom. The class really enjoyed the rips, and the trees. I was trying to focus in on colors of what they observed and think would cause or show the most chaos. The folded pieces didn't land, as well as the folded on the pedestal. The layering on top of other pieces works, but I wouldn't want it to be the oil pastel itself only the scan. We narrowed down to keeping roughly the same size 11x17 then trimmed. I want to show pacing, and this chaos overwhelming feeling to this one moment that is calm, I just need to figure out how to go about it.
In Process:
I kept rearranging and forgot to take photos in between, though it is all of the same work from 3/20 with a few new prints.
